Not every school can claim they have their own greenhouse…

Hazelbrook Public School’s greenhouse was made entirely possible through funds raised by previous Garden Festivals organised through the school’s P&C Committee. It was built with the purpose of propagating plants as a way to meet the ongoing fundraising needs of the school.

Plants propagated here are done entirely by volunteers – parents, grandparents, members of the local community who just want to lend a green thumb. Plant stalls are held at various times of the year to coincide with events on the school calendar but are primarily sold at the Garden Festival.
